Already at the age of 6 I climbed Mount Paterno in the Dolomites of Sesto. After various via ferratas in the Dolomites and high-altitude mountain tours in the Alps, I attended a climbing course in Landro.

Once I’ve learned how to tie a munter hitch and the figure eight follow-through knot, nothing could stop me and together with friends I headed on adventures in the Dolomites, the entire Alpine arch and later on also in different mountains of our planet.

Throughout the years, I was able to gain a lot of experiences, which I am now happy to pass on to all of you.

A summary of my first ascents, first descents and expeditions:

1991 – first ascent of the route “Striptease” (VI/250 m) at the “Neunerplatte” with Georg Holzer

1996 – climbing expedition to Madagascar with friends from South Tyrol to the Tsaranoro-Massif located in the Andringitra National Park

1997 – first ascent of the route “Spitagoras” (VI/500 m) at the Col di Mezzo in the Val Rienza Valley con Othmar Zingerle

1998 – crossing of the “Cima Undici” in the Dolomites of Sesto from north to south with skis in winter and descent from the summit across the so called “inner whole” with Othmar Zingerle and Andreas Messner

1998 – ascent of the Cima de Gaspari (Civetta) and descent with skis from the summit to the Capanna Trieste with Othmar Zingerle and Andreas Messner

1998 – first ascent of the route “Nervenfieber” (VII+/500 m) at the Col di Mezzo in the Val Rienza Valley with Othmar Zingerle

1999 – winter ascent of the Punta dei Tre Scarperi across the Forcella Lavina Bianca in the Dolomites of Sesto with skis and partial descent

2001 – first ascent of the lower part of the route “Egg of Columbus” (VIII/A3/600 m) on the south wall of the Marmolada with Christoph Hainz

2002 – climbing expedition to Venezuela to Akopan Tepui and first ascent of the route “Jardineros de Grandes Paredes” (VIII+/300 m) with Helli Gargitter, Ivan Calderon, Renato Botte, Walter Obergolser and Pauli Trenkwalder

2007 – Montenegro:  first ascent of the route “Another day in paradise” (VII+/300 m) at the Boljske Grede (clean) with Helli Gargitter and Michael Thaler

2007 – Montenegro: first ascent of the route “Ivanja” in Smokovac (6b+/150 m) with Helli Gargitter, Michael Thaler and Pauli Trenkwalder

2009 – first ascent of the route “Marie + Laura” at the Pulpito Basso (V+/450 m) in the Dolomites of Sesto con Simon Kehrer

2011 – guided ski tours in Iran and ascent of the 5680 m high Mount Damavand
